Frank "Messi" Acheampong (born 16 October 1993) is a Ghanaian footballer currently playing for Thailand Premier League side Buriram PEA.
He started his career with Ghanaian side King Faisal Babes. In August 2010, he was linked with a move to Italian Seria A side Palermo.[1] The move never materialized and he joined Berekum Chelsea on free transfer after King Faisal failed to negotiate a new deal. He was invited for trials by Sheikh Mansour, who owns the English side Manchester City, to his base in Dubai to be observed by Al-Jazeera, the other club he owns.[2] In February 2011, he joined Thai Premier League side Buriram PEA.
